• Service Tech: Provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training entry level technicians.
• Comfort Advisor: Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company’s products and services in a regional territory. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, using a consultative sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
• Experienced Installer: Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance
• HVAC Installation Manager: Manage the installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, oversee all warehouse functions. In addition, this individual is responsible for training and supervision of the company’s installation crew and the probability of installation jobs
