"I got quotes from three companies for doing a furnace and duct replacement and a/c installation. Ray Linden who came out from AIS to do the initial scoping and estimate did a great job. He wrote up a proposal right there and handed it to me. I heard good reports and read good reviews about AIS and decided to go with them. They did an absolutely amazing job of managing the process end to end and coordinating with the testing company and asbestos removal company. Finally the crew that came out to do the install were on time and did a great job with the install. Ron, Andrew, and Daniel were courteous and explained everything carefully. They did the install without any disruption to our daily routine. Giao was very prompt in answering my many queries via phone and email. An all around great job."

"This review is overdue. We had our full HVAC replaced this last spring and decided to go with AIS after speaking with three different companies. AIS wasn't the cheapest quote but they were the fastest, most thorough and hands down the most responsive -- add to that, I appreciated the fact that it's a local business. It was 100% the right choice. Art was wonderful to work with when it came to pulling together the right system for our family needs -we have a two story house with serious temperature control issues, Art set us up with an outstanding heat pump that has been an absolute game changer, and Taylor and team were fast, friendly and professional when it came to installation. We recently had a minor issue that I called the office for and Taylor was out in less than 24 hours without a charge and quickly addressed the issue. We have been so incredibly happy with our new system and the quality of service we experienced working with AIS.
