"Our AC stopped working on a day projected to be 107 degrees. I called before business hours and got the answering service, they were helpful and set up a time for the following business day which was faster than some of the other companies that I called. At about 9:00 that morning, I got a call from someone who said they could come out today between 3:00 - 6:00 and we took it. Yenny ended up getting here by about 2 and was able to get our system up and running. Everyone was very courteous and the price was right as well. We will definatly be calling back if we have any other HVAC issues."

"Sergio S had come the first time to diagnose an issue with secondary pipe overflow. He correctly diagnosed it and asked me to have a plumber drain out a pipe in the house. A month later I had the same issue. Sergio graciously took videos to help me have evidence that the plumber didn’t do a thorough job. While there was some confusion over scheduling the second appt and an incorrectly logged estimate, Samantha in the office and Sergio worked together to help resolve that for me and squeeze me into a packed day."

Immediately found the failed capacitor and replaced. Friendly, professional, and everything handled efficiently through an iPad and texts."
